Yoga has been there for thousands of years. Ujina aenana itih yoga, says Yoga scriptures. Process of joining, bringing into union is yoga. Simpler way to know yoga is to understand, there is one body, there is one mind. First split happens here. Me that is my physical dimension and MySelf is much subtler which is more connected to my inner experiencing. When I am eating, my mind is not in eating. Yoga says can I bring my mind to it when I am eating.  Most of the time my mind does not stay with me in the action. We are living in yesterday or tomorrow, right and wrong, less and more, happy and unhappy, living more in memory and not what it is. This split is a source of suffering. That brings all kinds of disharmony between what it is and what is not.

There are two personalities within us. One personality is ME limited to my body, my thinking, my beliefs, my feelings, my name, my problems etc, another is MYSELF beyond the body and mind which is free from limitation. Knowingly or unknowingly we are hooked onto the ME only. Myself is a more subtler aspect of ME. More happening in thinking, feeling, being that is where more disharmony is. We suffer more from that invisible aspect and not always the body.  If we can bring them together in yoga, life experiences fullness and completeness.

I teach yoga to bridge this split between Me and MySelf. That is the most fundamental goal of MM Yoga. I welcome you to embark on a wonderful Antaranga yoga journey with me to experience deeper dimensions of inner Self.
